Is DDR a Good Form of Exercise?!
Question: I use DDR Fitness mode for about an hour a day, and the fitness mode callorie counter thing says I lose about 400 callories each time I do it. Is this an okay form of exercise? It gets me sweating, too.
Also - Is running up and down the stairs with intervals every few times a good form of cardio? Because I don't really have acces to the gym, and the pool is too cold.

fantastic just right..... pool too cold???? shame ,,,if you are brave go for it cold water speeds up the metabolism,,,if you cant swim in it,,,,drink iced water,,,same effect,,,
My school ordered one the DDR so you know it must be good for the school to use it. Running up and down the stairs is just like running so yea it should help!!!
yes its great. get to basic/light or difficult/standard levels and it will really work. i lost 30 pounds in 3 months playing it
yes, i almost passed out from doing 2 hours of DDR, (maybe I'm just out of shape) but now I'm skinnier than i was, maybe because i did the arcade one and it;s all that pounding...but look at this story...http://www.ddrgame.com/ddrloseweight.htm...
