Healthy???!
Question: I am a 15 year old girl, 5'5, and I weight about 145-150 lbs. I am trying to go down to 125-130 lbs. Here is my day, is it pretty healthy? I am also a vegetarian & I drink no sodas...just water and milk.
I also am on my school's dance team and we dance 10-15 hours a week, I work-out one or two times a week, walk my dog, and do crunches.
Breakfast--- 1 wheat toast, 2 cups of cheerios with organic fat free milk, and a small cup of mango and banana.
Lunch---1 PB sandiwich on wheat, organic fat free milk, small spinach salad, 1 Chocolate Fiber One Bar
Dinner---Spinach and cheese ravioli and organic fat free milk
Snack---1 chocolate Fiber one bar
Snack--- Reduced fat animal crackers and water

It's Okay, i would recommend protein shakes because i don't think your getting enough protein and carbohydrates, i would suggest "PRIMO MAX"!
