No energy!!!!!?!

Question: Okay it seems like I never have any energy. I get dizzy all the time and feel lightheaded. And I can never seem to concentrate. I eat good and I know that I am getting enough calories so what's wrong with me? Is there anything I can do that can make me feel more energized? Are there any foods? I have tried energy drinks, coffees, ect. and nothing works.

Please help. I have tons of homework to do tonight and I'm already falling asleep

Did you know that almost 2 million women suffer from an undiagnosed sinus infection that causes a lack of energy? Quit the energy drinks, the caffeine, and try this solution.

You see when the sinus passages in your nose get blocked up, oxygen has a harder time flowing in. If you are experiencing light headaches with your lack of energy, than you probably most definetly have a sinus blockage. The worst part of it all is, you won't have a runny nose or sneezing or anything like that, so you probably dont' even realize something is wrong.

The solution, saline. Make your own saline solution by mixing 1 tsp of table salt in 1 pint of room temp. water and adding a pinch of baking soda. Put the solution in your hand and brethe it in your nose. (It's not painful, so don't worry) After you start feeling it loosen up the mucus, lightly blow your nose.
Do this twice a day and see if your dizziness and energy start to fade.

Also, look into vitamins, especially iron. Press on your forearm with two fingers and let go, does it stay white long? You may be anemic. In which case you just need to ask the doctor for iron. If you need caffiene, go with natural caffiene. an apple has more natural caffiene than a can of soda and it will energize you in a healthier way. Stay away from empty carbohydrates found in chips, and candy that actually drain your system of energy because it has to digest all those extra calories and carbs and that will take away your energy.

There are tons and tons of reasons why your body becomes tired easy. Mostly it is a lack of vitamins, or eating the wrong foods. Try some of these solutions and see if they make yu feel a little better. If you're still having issues, contact me and we'll talk about some other ideas to make you feel more energized. I'm a full time college student preschool teacher and I'm engaged planning a wedding, I know alot about finding energy. :)

I'm sure its actually all the caffeine.

Stop drinking it and hit the gym, you need to get your blood flowing again and once you have good circulation your energy will come back.

Make sure you get 8-10 hours of sleep too.
