Getting shape in your body, at 13!?!


Question: hey, somebody please help me! i really want shape in my body, i have been a cheerleader my whole life and i dont have that good of shape, and i eat like a pig! can somebody give me a list of excises and diets that a 13 year-old can go on?
i am the absolute fattest girl in my level, i want to get that changed, asap!!!

what size around the waist are you. how high. get checked to see if your fat. maybe the others are too skinny. at 13 you shouldnt worry too much. if you are over wieght change your intake of food to salad and eat smaller meals 5 times a day instead of 3. drink 2 liter of water per day and a bit more when excersizing or when its hot.

I think you should do any kind of sport that demand a lot of training like basketball or soccer, Any type you like, be in a team that will motivate u even more to do it

and for food you try to keep away from JUNK food and try to eat just the healthy one
