Is it bad to go two days without exercising?!

It's never bad to take a break from exercising when your body needs it. If you're sick, it may your body's way of saying it's need to rest. You'll have more energy when you start up again.

nope, especially if your sick, you have a good excuse, just dont get sick too often

It is not bad to take a few days off especially if you are sick. You will heal faster if you allow your body to rest and fight the infection. When you feel better you will be able to kick it back in gear and make up for lost time. It would take you approx 2 weeks to lose your progress it's motivation you need to make sure you keep a hold of.

Nope. U can only do what u can do. I've got a cold also, and I feel a little "guilty" when I don't work out. But, the body needs time to replenish and rebuild the muscles. I Know that 4 a fact.
