Is this a good plan to lose weight? Will it work?!


Question: Hi. Is there a difference between running 5 miles or walking 5 miles? I'm 5'7 and about 140 pounds. And will I lose weight if I walk 5 miles every 4 days each week while managing a very healthy diet? Like 1,300 - 1,400 calories each day.

you do burn about as many calories walking vs running but if youre trying to be healthy for the long run, running will do more for your heart and keep your metabolism up. remember you can also do intervals like walk a mile run a mile and so on.

you should, try to cut out pops and drink more water at least 6 cups a day, if not more
