How much weight will I lose in a month on this plan?!


Question: Bit of backround info:
I'm 18 years old, 5ft5, 10stone 11 (151 lb)
How much weight will I lose in a month by eating a yogurt for breakfast, 2 weetabix with fruit, and a small portion of dinner, and an hour of exercise at the gym or at home?
I know this isn't the healthiest way to lose weight, and I know you'll all say do it slowly, otherwise the weight will go straight back on. It's my decision to lose weight this way.

if you stick with it like you say you will then you'd lose around 20 lb. BUT, if you do it for a while then cheat by overindulging then you may want to adjust this plan. good luck!!!

Well, you're going about it the right way. The worst thing you can do is skip breakfast. Now, as for the small portion of dinner, again, you know your stuff- but you may want to eat dinner early, maybe 5 o clock, bcos unless you can burn off dinner b4 bed, it will slow down your weight loss. You shoul lose a decent amount but you have to keep it up.

That would definitely be enough calories to get by on. As long as you are still drinking lots of water and getting 8-10 hours of sleep, 1 hour on the treadmill or elyptical will most definitely encourage weight loss. Don't use weights just yet, cardio is what will shed those initial pounds.

Just make sure at the end of your workout your heart rate is high and you are sweating up a storm.

I would say you could lose 5-10 pounds in a month if you stuck to it and didn't cheat. Just make sure you run hard.

Don't eat yogurt because it is very sweet and fattening actually. If you want to lose weight efficiently, you will need to really set your plan properly and have a complete meal plan.
