Question: im 13 years old and im a little overweight i try to work out as much as i can but then i stopped idk y though ive been very busy with school homework and basketball and when im not doing that im with friends or resting because im very clumsy and get hurt alot,so is there any ideas on how to stick to a work out plann when extremly busyy????//

If you are playing bball that is working out! Plan your week and set a day or two aside that you can fit in a half hour work out, if you want it bad enough you will find the time.
use music while excersing

and gum sugar things ,and not eating heavy food for dinner like pasta,pizza,rice, bread , don't use them,
