What can i do to et rid of them?!


Question: im 14, 5 foot 5 and 130 pounds and i do alot of pushups, like 30 each time i do them and when I flex I have lots of muscle in my pecs but there is still fat there. HOW CAN I GET RID OF IT??? and why would i still have fat there if i have tons of muscle?

lift 10 pound weights as if you are flexing ur arms inward so that ur hands almost meet do about 10 reps every day and that should help

Watch your carb and fat intake.

Exercise means nothing if you're not eating the right things along with it.

Keep it healthy with low fat items, and don't eat alot of starchy products either (like breads, potato chips, and pastas) for a while and see if that helps.

jumping rope is great just make sure you do it properly on a wooden floor or on an impact mat to protect your joints.
