Seriously how do you control being more hungry after just eating?!


Question: in the past two hours I had carrots and ranch dressing, 8 crackers with laughing cow spread,and two mozerella sticks.

then like for lunch i had a tomatoe sandwhich with a bagel

and breakfast i had two peices of bread and tons of water.

I am like soooo wnating to eat more but blah....

consume more protein. Protein leaves you feeling full. Any lean meats (chicken, turkey), eggs, tuna. And drink plenty of water.

chew gum. and go work out, it will get your mind off eating.

How do you survive?... A little advice.. ex the mozerrella sticks... nothing good about them anyways.. eat baked potatoe , very filling with good carbs or just drink slim fast.
