Question: okay so right now i am not fat i am "average" and i was jsut wondering how to stop my addiction with food, i am worried that if i continue the way i eat i will become fat

also my friend eats very lillte when we have lunch together and it makes me feel fat cus she is alot smaller then me in size

so please if anone know of a way to conroll your craving

cravings are hard. try chewing a peice of wrigleys gum. take a walk. do not watch tv. if you do, i sugest a movie. no snacks,, just gum. tv has commercials and comercials are a cue to get more food. computer. dancedancerevolution. video games. walking the dog. dont buy fatty foods. carry a picture of a model in your pocket[ its sounds weird but it works realy] good luck!

eat 5-6 smaller meals a day, using your snacks 2 hours before the bigger meals

learn some new sports or run around at recess and don't stop you "addiction" to eating. I mean look at me how do you think i got somewhere. (i am skinny by the way, really skinny)
