I want a good workout routine.?!


Question: Lately I've been feeling a bit out of shape and I used to jump on a trampoline for about 30 minutes a day to relieve rage and anger that I had built up but the trampoline blew away in a wind storm (it was 14 feet i have no clue how it blew away) anyways I want to get a good cardiovascular workout but I don't want to leave my house and I don't have any exercise equipment (but am willing to buy some...) Anyone have any suggestions that I could try with and without equipment?

Jump rope!

Jumping rope for three minutes non-stop is equivalent to jogging for thirty minutes.

Vary the hand positions, and movement, move about as you do it, etc. It can be done indoors if the ceiling is high enough or outdoors.

So the trampoline blowing away in the storm must have done wonders for all that rage and anger.you could spend a load of bucks and get a indoor bike or a cross trainer but the best exercise for your cadio is to get out on the streets and run in the fresh air, do some fun runs for a charity,doing something for someone else is also good for the heart.
