How to gain muscle without any equipment?!


Question: I suppose you need to define equipment. You don't need a bowflex or anything, just get a set of resistance bands. They cost about 12 dollars a piece. And then work on exercises just the same. Curling, tricep curls, and do just the same kind of calisthenic exercises, but when you squeeze a muscle, hold it for a few seconds. That's called isometrics and that's how Bruce Lee got so ripped.

flex ALOT...it wont get you ripped but you will get bigger muscles...
