FIRST OF ALL DONT LISTEN TO THE PERSON SAYING TO FAST OR EAT 500-900 calories a day.. that is called anorexia and starving yourself and this is very dangerous, not natural, and horrible to do to your body.. your body needs fat, calories, carbs, and sugar in order to operate.. its when ppl eat frozen pizza, ice cream, cake, candy and soda and then complain about it when the fat cakes on... that is what is wrong with our conception on foods.. AMERICA EATS WAY TOO MUCH but then thinks if we drink diet soda or starve ourselves everything will be alright..

no no no.. you need PROPER diet and exercise.. dont be lazy ppl!

honestly, i have the opposite problem as you haha.. i cant gain weight and im trying to gain weight in muscle.. so far i just pack more and more muscle on and barely gaining 5 lbs a month... butttt i CAN help you out.. i am a personal trainer so i have to deal with this everyday

to lose this weight, you are going to need to diet properly, do cardio, AND weight train

you need a mix of all three to effectively lose weight the HEALTHY way..

as far as dieting goes, you are going to want to log everythign you eat, including dressings, croutons, etc.. and their fat and calorie count.. if you are a girl then you will want to eat 1800-2200 calories to lose weight.. nothing less and nothing more.. separated in 5 meals a day

a good diet to shoot for would be.. oatmeal (quaker oats, not crappy processed stuff), yogurt, walnuts, and orange juice for breakfast.. for lunch have a turkey sandwich with a salad (red meats and ham arent necessarily the best meats to diet with).. a mid afternoon snack with fruit.. and for dinner have maybe chicken or fish with a serving of veggies, brown rice, or wheat pasta.. you need carbs, you do need a certain amount of fat and calories, but you do need to monitor as well..

your body needs fat and the proper amount of calories, if you starve yourself your body will just grab on to the fat in your body for energy and you wont lose the weight.. you need calories for energy to burn fat...

cardio is good, running for a half hour is a good goal.. but dont be afraid to work up to that point.. as far as weight training.. you are gonna want to do a total body workout 3 days a week.. just easy stuff to get a pump through your muscles.. this raises your metabolism and sheds the fat, your body will be holding onto muscle.. you will look lean and skinny!

i 100% guarantee if you diet with the direction i gave you, mix in cardio everyday, and do full body workouts (legs, abs, arms, chest, back) 3 days a week, you will probably shed that weight off in 2 or 3 weeks..

drink LOTS and lots of water, and get sleep too!

well i actually lost 7 pounds in 1 week cause i didn't eat cause i had pnuemonia.. but dont do that i think your plan sounds good

yep its possible.. I use: http://www.calorie-count.com/

make your account then just record all your activities/exercises & everything u eat.. calculates your calorie intake, how much u burn & what not.. its pretty cool

it is will power dont eat junkfood eat carrots and other healthy stuff

Well try to create diets that goes from 500 to 900 calories per day, keep doing excercise and try a few fasting days, it really helps!

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too!). You can go to
http://www.fit-diet-fun.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
