Some people say that "ideally" the waist measurement should be 10 inches less than the hip measurement. Your waist measurement is 8 inches less than your hip measurement, so you're pretty close to the "ideal".
Don't know about average but wide hips and a narrow waist are suuuuuuper hott.
Umm, depends how tall you are, but ideal hip to waist ration is .7 for girls. So divide 27 by 35 and you get .77, which means you could try to widdle your mid section down some 25-35 would be better.
Given your age though your hips could still spread some and you might hit 36 naturally.
