I lost 2.5 inch of my muscles in my arms and 60 lbs of muscle in 1 year?!
Question: I used to take dianabol before 1 year.After that i hurt my back badly and lost 2.5 inch in my arms and 60 lbs of muscle.I was 220 lbs,6% bf now 162 lbs,13% bf.I am 5.7.All my chest definision,abs and arm definition are gone.How long will it take me to get it all back.I dont want to take roids any more.I already got almost busted twice.Now i take protein and workout 5 days/week,do cardio 5 days/week,eat 6-9 meals/day.I want to get all that back.Well i love roids too.It gave me 60 lbs and 3-5 inches in arms in 1 years.I am 14.5 inches now.
