leg and flutter kicks all the way.

lie on your back
put your legs in the air
and lift your butt a couple inches
do sets of 25

its called the flutter kick, lie on your back with your hands supporting your tail bone, palms down, chin to your chest, legs straight out 6 inches or so off the ground, and start to kick them like your swimming, do this for 2 minutes or 1 minute if its too hard, and try as many sets you can handle, and eat protein afterwards.

I think the butt lift is good, like the guy said. I think the Captain's Chair also works the lower abs. I've been doing that recently and I like it. Just in case you dont know what I'm talking about....its that one chair they have at gyms, where you have to step up to it, then hold your hands to the side handles and lift your legs up (bend at the knee or straight out). Its great for abs!
