Abs..help.?!


Question: i do 50 sit ups and 15 push ups a day.both of which are good for abs..and (arms), however i cant seem to see the results well.
i know the muscle might be hiding under fat but i don't have a lot of fat, I'm pretty healthy...just i don't know what to do to make my abs come through more, please help me i need to make them clear and flat.

Crunches not situps. TO show abs. You need to have at least 7% body fat. Get rid of your body fat by running 4 days a week.

Crunches help more than situps. Although with every excersice you may do, including the crunches, situps and pushups, suck your stomach in. Even if your going for a jog or doing some sort of weights. This will not only lose the body fat you may have on your stomach that needs to be gone on your abs but will bring them out faster. When you do do the crunches, sit ups and pushups remember it works more effectively when you work yourself out with reps.
so if your capable of doing 50 sit ups, do 50 x 3 daily. Push ups 15 x 3 daily. Don't have to do it all at one go could do 1 rep of 50 sit ups, stretch and then do pushups and so on..
oh and if you do chose to run, run/jog for around an hour at first. If you can't run that far yet, thats ok. Try running until you get tired and then walk for a few metres [the resting] then start to run/jog again.

Ok first of all getting abs is lengthy, now that that is out of the way:

1)Do crunches till you drop (1 set should be enough per day)
2)Run till your heart beats alot (cardio excercise is good for your heart and it burns fat.

You can't do one or the other. You need both because only crunches makes muscle but there is still fat that covers the muscle while only running burns the fat but there is no muscle to show that's why you need both exercises...the more food you eat, the more running you need.

If you want 6 pack you also need to work on lower abs. Lower abs don't get worked with crunches and sit ups...

Make your exercise as short and demanding and fun as possible and you won't give up on your routines just in case that ever becomes an issue.

Basically, keep doing what you do but add cardio (running).
