Too much fruit??!
Question: I am starting a diet, and everytime i get the urge to eat or drink something unhealthy i grab a fruit or veggie and a bottle of water, now i know that you can't drink too much water, but am i eating to many fruits and veggies??
i usually eat 3 snacks of 1 of these:
baby carrots
1 kiwi
1 banana
1 apple
1 peach
1 plum
is this ok??

I reckon your body would be telling you if it were too much fruit, you would be on the loo all day, specially with too much peach and plum!
As long as that is not all you are eating and the rest of what ever you do eat is made up of all the other stuff you need ie starch etc......then it should be fine.
totally!! fruits and veggies are the best foods for snacking!! keep it up!!
