Can you eat french fries every day and still lose weight?!

Question: If so how much can you lose?

Answers: If so how much can you lose?

I really believe that you can eat what you want as long as you take plenty of exercise too. The only way I can lose weight is through aerobics a couple of times a week, hard for the first few sessions when you're finding muscles that you never knew you had but then it gets easy and the weight just drops off! You should give it a go instead of just relying on diets.

Stay away from fad diets like these. Even if you do lose weight there is a good chance you will put it back on quickly.

You can probably lose like 10 lbs in a month if you eat 5 fries a day and then drink only water for the rest of the time. You can also eat some veggies.

I suppose you could, so long as the calories you were burning exceeded the amount you were eating (think Weight Watchers points values)--but the healthier option would be to phase them out of your diet, or at least cut back.

French fries?

Absolutely not. They're starch, filled with grease and are completely terrible for your health.

you can lose weight eating anything every day. as long as you burn more calories than you consume. you'll just be VERY hungry.

i think you should just be happy with who you are. im sure you're a wonderfully talented gorgeous individual human being with a great thirst for life.
eat french fries every day if it please you.
Hell, eat skittles, chicken nuggets, chocolate and deep fried fish cakes too.
