not too bad..sounds fine to me..i love weight watchers and lean cuisine frozen meals, have ehlped me alot serving portion wize..i also like 100 calorie packs..yummy!

healthy and right amount eat more for dinner tho maybe a salad too?

i'd take out the slim fast during lunch tho

id say have the slim fast with dinner instead of lunch but yeah sounds healthy

Not healthy in my opinion. People should eat whole foods.
