concentrate more on fat then calories.

Not that easy to lose that much in one week. It will take you around 3 weeks at least to do so. The human body can only lose 1 pound per week under a healthy diet, vice versa.

enough to lose weight....drink plenty of water before you eat,it fills you up so when you eat you want less...works for me.

I would need to know more but if you cut down to 1500 a day then that should help dont know if tou can achieve your target tho

screw the calorie counting

ditch the carbs (except breakfast ones) and just eat veg (raw veg) and protein eg meat or fish.

drink loads of water

do at least 45 mins of exercise a day

do this for a week and the weight will fall off

im not sure how many calories to actually eat. But i went on a diet to lose some weight and i lost 5lbs in a week. I was pretty amazed, i just cut out everything sugary and ate salads for dinner each night, i didnt eat potatoes, sweets and make sure you drink plenty of water. I thought it was easy. Maybe you could count how many calories you consume in a day and chop that by half, and then see how much you lose in a week.
