Will running slim thighs?!


Question: i would like to lose 15 lbs, would running slim my thighs or bulk them up? will running a mile everyday help me lose weight and a few inches of my thighs? how long would it take? thankyou

It depends. Hill sprints will give you more muscle,where as marathon training will definately turn you into a twiggy lady.It depends on your prefered body type.Ideally you should run sprints, do resistance,(weights or bodyweight) and eat all natural. i.e. no man made substances. No white flour and white sugar. No corn syrup. If you read some labels, you should get a better picture of what you are actualy putting into your body.Compare a bowl of oats in honey to instant oatmeal. Oats, honey. compared to oats,sugar,natural and artificial flavors,salt,calcium carbonate,guar gum,oat flour,carmel color,niacinamide,vitamin a palmitate,reduced iron,pyridoxine,hydrochloride,riboflavin... mononitrate,folic acid a lto of the things we eat seem harmless but are really not good and not even natural for human consumption.Just because we can "safely" consumeartificial seetnears and preservatives does not mean we should.

If you are set on slimming your body and not adding any noticeable muscle maybe you should try something more along the lines of Pilates.
