Gym and walking but no weight loss??!!?!
Question: I know muscle is heavier than fat, but I have now had 5 one=hour sessions with my personal trainer and not lost a pound! My diet is good and at 1000 calories. I am doing 3 to 4 sessions a week, so it's only been about 9 days since I started.
Before I get realy disheartened, can anyone tell me when the scales will fall in line!
