Would it be harmful or helpful if i use treadmill for gaining weight?!


Question: it would be harmful...u would lose weight cuz u are burning calories and getting ur heart rate up...if u are a few pounds underweight then i suggest eating around 2600 calories(i eat around 6000 believe it or not) and using weights(and eat even more caloires-as many as u can but make em healthy!) but if uare very underweight then DO NOT exercise at all until u gain a few pounds...just eat!

helpfull if you want to gain it in muscle. but working out is never harmfull.

yea, it means you would gain muscel and gaining muscel means gaining overall weight.

I suggest you walk at a steep incline to help build muscle. Cardio is great for you, but counter-productive since it will increase your metabolism, and burn calories. Limit your time on their and focus on the weight training.
