Tips on losing love handles?!

Question: Alright, my story is this, I used to weigh 160 about a year and a half ago, now I weigh a little less than 140. My love handles use to be huge, but now they are extremely smaller. I'm still not happy with them, so how can I lose them quickly?

I already do about 50-100 sit ups a day.

I don't think there's ever a quick way to lose weight or love handles. A quick search on Google will turn up millions of sites flogging some rubbish dietary supplement or "miracle weight loss" cure, which are all complete bull and just designed to take your money.

However, there are some systems out there that work I'm sure. But it's wading through the crap ones that takes ages.

Try just doing a little light exercise everyday and maybe go for a run every evening, or however much you can manage without hurting yourself.

The important thing is to be eating healthily and drinking enough water. In my experience, diets do not work at all. You may lose weight, but it's only a matter of time before you put it all back on again. Don't listen to people that go "starve urself LOL!!11" either.

Good luck :)

What else are you doing besides sit ups?

What are you eating?

Okay first of all for diet... Don't skip meals... Secondly you should eat 6 times a day but smaller meals.. That is a proven fact but difficult to follow due to busy lives.

You can't spot train one specific area to lose weight on. You should be doing cardio but ALSO have a weight lifting routine. No women will not become muscle freaks. Muscles burn more calories that fat. So the more muscles you have the more fat you will burn, even at rest.

Remember that fat cells don't disappear they just empty. Meaning that if you go on a eating rampage you will gain the fat right back in your love handles.

I have just lost 25Kg in 5 months with no exercise (average about 1-2Kg per week). I went on the Kate Morgan diet where you have the shakes for breakfast + lunch, piece of fruit for morning tea + afternoon tea then normal dinner with extra vegetables. It is available from pharmacies. Just mix a sachet of powder with water and it acts as a meal replacement for breakie & lunch. There are different types of shakes from different pharmacies but they are all the pretty much the same. Just stick to it and it will work. You will see the results in the 1st to 2nd week and will loose 1Kg per week.

eat carbs once a day the rest of the time drink water, eat fiber and protein.

crank those crunches up and add side crunches, lay on your back flat and extend your arms and hold something like the sofa or bed and move your legs up and down for as long as you can every day, this will help with the tummy area, pelvic thrusts as well. stay away from soda and artificial sugars, drink water as much as possible, stay away from coffee and teas, and stuff so you don't have a chemical dependency on anything. walking and building endurance to jog helps. Next time you are bored and want to take a nap do exercises instead, next time you want a soda drink a big glass of water, next time you want a candy bar eat a small salad of some fruit. Salad takes more calories to digest than it actually has in it (without dressing)

The answer to losing love handles hun is easy. CARDIO! You need to work in a fat burning intensity for at least 45 minutes a day but work your way up to 60 minutes. This could be walking, swimming, roller blading etc. Any exercise that you can sustain for a long period. At 70% intensity you should beable to talk but not sing the national antem. Crunches and sit ups will do nothing for love handles without the aerobic activity. Make sure you're eating low fat and drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day.
