Diet planner?!


Question: I want to loose 33 (15kg) pounds in 55 days (almost 8 weeks)
Dont try tell me thats unhealthy weight to loose in such litle time. but i think i can do it.
Im 14 years old. weigh almost 154 pounds (almost 70kg). but want to weigh 121 pounds (55kg). I am almost 170cm which i believe is about 5'6ish.

if anyone could PLEASE create me a diet planner or guide me to one thats free, that will allow me to loose this amount then PLEASE let me know!

Don't consume any calories through beverages (this means other than 2-3 glasses of milk a day only drink water). Also, eat low fat meats such as lean chicken, lean ground beef or ground turkey. Get 2 servings of fruit a day and 4 servings of veggies. Also, cut out trans fat as much as possible and no caffeine. Another great way to lose weight is switch to all wheat products (ex. 100% stoneground wheat bread, wheat pasta, etc). As far as exercise...it's important to do weight training 2-3 times a week and also do about 45-60 minutes of cardio and/or resistance training 4-5 times a week. I have been following this regimen for about 3 weeks so far and have lost 15 lbs. Here's an example of what I eat:

Breakfast:
Weightsmart oatmeal
OR
Wheat english muffin with fat free cream cheese and ONE boiled egg

Snack:
A handful of nuts (pistachios, pecans, walnuts, etc)--these help to keep you full longer

Lunch:
Grilled cheese (2% cheese) on wheat and 1/2 cup of tomato soup

Snack:
100 calorie pack OR your choice of fruit

Dinner:
Grilled chicken (3 oz) and a salad with red wine vinegarette and your choice of other veggie.

The final thing I can tell you is DEFINITELY get in 25 grams of fiber a day...this will regulate your digestive system and help you stay healthy.

first off I'd like to say you dont need to be that thin, 121 pounds isnt much at all for that height.. but to lose some pounds could be benefitcual. start by eating a healthy breakfast, do you like egg beats ? have that with some whole wheat toast , sugar free jam and maybe a slice of bacon.. have a yogurt or something small in between breakfast and lunch and then for lunch have a sandwitch, salad or a cup of soup, again snack between lunch and dinner. dinner make sure it consists of protein, why not aim for salads ( good fiber and fills you up) salads with meat, and cheese on them. when buying dairy aim for the fat free versions. desserts not a bad idea either we dont want you to go to bed hungry, however make it healthy.. frozen yogurt is fine if its one serving! or oatmeal can be quite tasty and satisfying as well. start making your pancakes, instant potatoes with water instead of milk, this is reduce your number of calories and give you some great foods to add to your diet.
