Question: well. i know i am overweight
but how much weight will i lose by
eating this for 2 weeks

apple or orange for breakfast
apple or orange for lunch
and a little regular dinner
lots!!! and lotss! of water.

sounds ok..alittle bland and man are you gonna be hungry..try a bowl of oatmeal in the morning a fruit for a snack then for lunch u can have a small bowl of your favorite ceral..i like raisin bran..then have a healthy dinner...drink lots of water..and after 2 weeks youll probably be down 10- 20 pounds...if you dont give ur body enough its going to store it..too much gonna store it..find a balance with excersize..good luck

Please promise me that you won't actually go through with that. I lost 75lbs by repeating the Mayo Clinic diet, eating only chicken, tuna, broccoli and soup. I suggest the Mayo Clinic diet to lose weight fast. You can cause yourself more damage by starving yourself. you body will shut down and not lose any weight if it is starved.

It will depend on your body and the amnt overweight you are as to your metabolism and weight loss.
That being said where did you come up with this diet? It doesn't look very healthy and you will need to include lots of exercise. I have a feeling if you make it to dinner you will be very hungry and over do at dinner. It would be better to have abt. 6 small meals thru out the day to help prevent too much hunger to keep you from binging. I would also try to diversify your diet with healthier foods soo it doesn't get too old too quickly. With that being said I wish you the best of luck on your endeavor.

i tried the apple or orange thing for breakfast and apple or orange thing for lunch..trust me, it didn't get me anywhere! i just ended up feeling hungry and deprived. understand that breakfast is when you really want to pig out on healthy food, so along with that apple you might try some toast, eggs, and a glass of orange juice. you're getting alot of the categories on the food pyramid. for lunch, you should eat something filling as well..try to eat maybe 6 little meals a day..it'll feel like you're constantly full and constantly eating. eat dinner very early, like 6-7, so that you'll have time for a last 30-minute workout before you go to bed (it'll help you go to sleep!). continue with the lots and lots of water whenever you're hungry. you'll lose more that way than if you eat less.

you should eat more than that... its good that you want to eat better but you need more than fruit if you want to be healthy.
just don't eat junk or lots and lots of food, but eat a normal balanced diet and exorcise regularly!
and don't just do it for two weeks. if you really want to lose weight you have to be strong and stick with it! haha

its anorexic...ur developing a disorder and dont need to lose weight...and the onle safe amount of weight to lose is a pound a week...but u dont need to lose any...
