How do i build up my wrists??!
Question: Hey, i do alot of wieght training and have dont alot for somtime now, although now im lifting heavier weights my wrists start to hurt, and not the muscle im training, so have you got any ideas how to improve my wrist strengh.
I have broken each wrist before so they are slitly weak, but that was from my boxing, which i dont do anymore, so is there any exercises you can reccomend to build my wrists up?

Wrist curls.
You just take a bar with some weights and use only your wrists to curl.
Another way, I just saw a little bit higher up, are the roll-ups.
Basically you just rotate a horizontal bar with weights on it and wind up a string with a weight on the end of it.
The second one is way more effective than the first, but those two are the best two bets.

get a stick and a weight plate. Tie the plate to the stick in the middle, grab the stick with both hands on each side, and roll up, roll down.
i have to admit...i thought this question was inappropriate at first..lol im not sure wats it called..but there is this ball that u rotate to keep it in motiton...its gets tiring and the wrist gets stronger
if put both arms out straight in front of you and keeping your arms straight, move your wrists in circles, it gradually makes them stronger. it helps if you hold small ish weights while you do it.
