Love handles?!


Question: ok, im 16, not fat but my hips are pretty big they stick out, i sit down a lot and play games, but what could i do to loose these?
side situps? running, long answers please!
someone give me some cheap workouts that work, and what should i eat? like breakfast and lunch only or what?
starting to work out and goto gym, need atleast slightly visible abs by about 10 weeks, is this possible?

breakfast: grapefruit, oatmeal, OJ
snack: yogurt
lunch: turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread
snack: celery & carrot sticks
dinner: grilled chicken, steamed veggies, brown rice

good drinks: water, skim milk, green tea, crystal lite

exercises: run up and down stairs for 5 minutes for warm up, jump rope for 5 minutes for cardio, alternate between jumping jacks, push ups, and sit ups for 10 minutes for cardio and weight training, punch a punching bag for 15 minutes for cardio and to work your arms and your core, stretch for 5 minutes to cool down. this should be about a 40 minute workout and you don't even need a gym membership!

to get rid of your love handles do a bicycle exercise (not the one on a bike..the one where you're on your back pretending your biking). also, to get abs you should
-do crunches for at least two minutes alternating sides.
- lie on your back with your legs up and bring one leg down without touching the floor and bringing it back up. then alternate legs and do the same thing.
- sit ups are always good

eating wise...just eat healthy. eat plenty of carbs so your body can burn calories while you're exercising. make sure you get plenty of protein too, from eggs, lean meats, fish, beans, etc.
