Am I addicted to diet pills. I have been on 4 different diet pills for the past !

Question: But even though I am not seeing an improvement. I still take them thinking there is still a chance. The issue now is I am getting married and I want to look perfect on my wedding day. I am worried if i stop now taking diet pills. I will get really fat. Or can I still redeem myself, get off the pills and work out..I don't know what to do...

Cut your calories to 1200 to 1500 per day and burn 500 calories in the gym (should be able to do cardio for 1 hour to get those results.) Diet pills only work WITH diet and exercise and if you are disciplined enough to diet and exercise right, you will realize you dont need diet pills.

you can still redeem yourself but its gonna take alot of commitment start running and cut your carbs and calories

Diet pills dont work and never will. If they did there would be no overweight people in the world. Think about it. Stop taking them, eat healthy and exercise, but you must exercise. When you take diet pills you lose a lot of weight to begin with, but alas this is not weight only water. Your body WILL not give up its fat, only as a last resort, and the reason for this is because if there was ever a famine. After a few days on a diet your body will crave food so badly that you CANNOT fight it, reason being that your body wants to survive no matter what, resulting in a diet failing, and forces you to eat, and will hold on to the fat in case of a famine. Fat is your reserve and your body WILL NOT give it up. The only way to lose weight is to eat a healthy balanced diet and exericse regularly and then you will see an improvement very gradually and this is the correct and safe way to lose weight effictively and to keep it off.
