Exercises for knee stabilizing muscles?!

Question: ive been doing PT for my knee for about 6 months now and even tho its getting better, i feel like im getting better at a really slow rate. right now im doing single-legged sqauts, lunges in all directions, double-legged jumps, and single-legged jumps because thats what the doctor told me. are there any other exercises that will help strengthen my knee stabilizing muscles?

What is the daignosis?
terminal knee extensions, balance exercises, step-up, step-downs, hamstring curls, calf raises, side to side jumping.

good luck, let the physical therapist know that you are getting bored, they'll figure out other exercises you could do. Core stuff? Cardio?

I would stick with what the doctor said. The "knee stabilizing" muscles come in sets. I don't know which are weak.
