HELP. teen girls. diets?!


Question: Will this work? helpppp! am i overweight?
well. i know i am overweight
but how much weight will i lose by
eating this for 2 weeks

apple or orange for breakfast
apple or orange for lunch
and a little regular dinner
lots!!! and lotss! of water.
for 2 weeks

how much weight can i lose?
with once in a wile eating more than that though

but i cant go on some
weight watchers or mayo
or any type of diet just real secretive

that realli doesn't sound that overweight to me...but...if you are realli looking to lose weight...I would suggest excersing...maybe some crunches to get you some well-sculpted abs...

You might lose some weight at first but it won't be fat. It'll be muscle and then your body will stop burning fat because it will think it's starving. The key to losing weight is to eat enough healthy, low-fat calories to keep your body burning fat. You need to figure out how many your body needs to have in a day to survive, add exercise and eat better. You also should eat 3 meals and 3 snacks to keep your body burning fat all day long. All of the food you eat is fairly normal and you probably have versons of it already in your house.
