I NEED to loose 10 pounds in the shortest time possible any advise?!

Exercise 20 minutes a day. Go on a vegan diet.
DO NOT TAKE SLIMFAST OR WEIGHTLOSS DRINKS/FOOD.

Do lots of sit-ups, but DO NOT FAST! Starving yourself will only decrease your muscle mass, not your fat.

you have to cut out all your carbs - like less than 5grams a day. this will give you very quick results as you will lose a lot of water weight. though you must still drink plenty of water. eating no carbs is obviously very hard to keep up but if you need to drop a couple pounds in a week it is something that works

You have to zig zag your calories so you can lose that weight. the most you can lose safely is 2 pounds a week. saturday-1250 calories
sunday- 2000 calories
At this rate you will lose about 1.5 lbs per week, obviously you should find out your calorie needs daily at your activity level, and weight, but definetely zig zag your calories is the best way to lose FAT, which you want to lose the fastes way possible. Look up Zig Zag calorie calculator on google it should help out.
