I am sooooooooooooooooo skinny and i am a model, i need to gain like 5 pounds ho!


Question: well there are some LUCKY ppl like u
i am as well...like there are ppl who dont get fat at certain age. most of the ppl if they eat any thing that contains fat shall get fat at no time...i dont really know how exactly to become fat but try this
eat different kind of food like sometimes indian fat foods,KFC oliy food,Vegetables, meatand alll different types of food... DONT AT ALLL eat oliy food continusly
if u do so then u ll get some stomach problem

I had this problem as well. I would try to eat 3 meals a day and also drink a slimfast in between. A slimfast has the same amount of calories as a meal, so it is like you are eating 5 or 6 nice portioned meals per day. Hope this helps! =) Report It

  • i would recommend increasing your calorie intake but still exercise.

    Eat lots of protein and exercise.

    do what i do just eat alot.

    eat extra or eat a kalten bar

    Eat more foods that are higher carbs....like bagels, pastas, and rice...These types of foods are low in fat, but high in simple sugars/carbohydrates...You could also look at this as an arithmetic equation...For example:
    3,500 calories = 1 pound
    So if you wanted to gain 5lbs, that would be:
    17,500 calories more that you'll need to consume...
    Try eating about 500 more calories a day...That will be equal to 3,500 calories a week...(500 x 7). So in about five weeks, you'll have gained 5lbs.

    eat but not too much u might gain more then u want to gain
