If you really, truly and faithfully will keep this up, I am almost sure you will. =)

Make sure it's reduced or fat free peanut butter and you shuld be okay.

Hello Julia,

Be careful that you do not go into malnutrition.

If you have some money like about 50 bucks, you can subscribe to a weight loss diet program that lets you eat more than 3 meals a day and still lose the pounds. You need not starve. If you do not have the money, I have some free tips for you to download.

Please let me your name and email to stay in touch.

All the best,

Women need to eat at least 1200 calories a day. If you don't eat enough, your body won't burn fat for energy.

No one here can tell you if you will meet your goal doing this - everybody's body reacts differently to diet and exercise.

The best thing to do is to eat healthily and exercise on a regular basis. Don't "diet" as diets are only temporary and you'll gain the weight back once you stop.

Here's a great website that I use to track my food intake and exercise: www.thedailyplate.com

It's free and will tell you how many calories to eat in order to meet your goal. Just remember that you should only aim to lose 1% of your body weight per week.

Feel free to read up what you need in this blog as well as other proven weight loss (Fast) tips here too:

Do note that you need to register in order to gain access to the members' only weight loss blog. But it's free.

Cheers to you and I hope it helps with your weight loss goals
