I want to look good in a bikini. I WANT HOT LEGS!?!


Question: I'm 5'1" and weight about 25 pounds, so I'm average average average. But my self confidence is lacking and want to look hot this summer in a bikini.

What I want most is tight, toned abs and hot legs. I have very flabby legs, butt and big calfs. And I have no space between my inner thieghs and I think it looksd bad.

I got to the gym everyday (or second day If I'm busy) for about an hour. I do roughly 15-20 minutes of cardio (cycling, jogging, ellipitcal), then sit-ups/lunges and some weight training.

I also want to find heatlhy meals and snacks that won't pack fat, keep my engergized and boost my metabolism!

I can't wait to go swimsuit shopping, I have roughly 4/5 monthes to shape up! Any TIPS?

Definitely find a cardio activity you like doing, even if it is walking. But let me tell you, I just bought a leg and butt makeover video and it is absolutely fantastic! I've only done it for a week and I can already tell the difference. The video is simple and to the point, (kind of low budget), there isn't even music to it which i like cause then I can play my own. you can get it at http://www.butthipandthighmakeover.com. I don't know if it still works but when I ordered mine, you could type "typo" in the coupon box and get it for half price. I paid 14.95 and it was worth every penny. You get levels 1 and 2 for this price. I also recommend signing up for his emails. They are very inspiring and they have fantastic customer service. I swear i don't work for him, i just love it so much.

As for snacks and meals, substitute ground turkey breast for ground beef in recipes and low fat or fat free cheeses and milk. You can get sausages, fillets, burgers, tenderloins, all made from turkey with about half the fat of beef and it is fantastic. The ground turkey is awesome in tacos and lasagna. you can get about anything low fat or fat free and it really is good! Make sure you get a lot of protein and watch your calorie intake as well.

I wish you the best of luck. I too am trying to look fantastic in a bikini--currently I'm 5'3" 125lbs and really just want to loose a few pounds and tone. It's working!

Try swimming that's a good way to tone up.
Also body brush and drink alot of water to make sure you don't get any cellulite.

Run as much as you can at the gym and wear heels, that's what I do and I think I've got nice legs :) Good luck :)
