Oh dear! You just have to tell her. She's being pretty ignorant if she hasnt noticed already that she's UGE. Just be blunt, and if she gets mad who cares, the truth hurts sometimes.

tell her that your clothes won't fit her.
she'll get offended but she is gunna keep breaking your jeans.

looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool, dis is really funny... y dont u encourage her 2 loose sum weight???

Give me her email address, I'll send her a link to this page...

Try to keep the focus on health rather than appearance and tell her that you're worried about her. Tell her about all the health risks that are occampanied with obesity. High blood pressure, heart disease, sleep apnea, chronic joint pain, respiratory distress, asthma, poor immune system, etc. Also let her know that the food she is eating is really bad for her, that junk foods are intentionally addictive. Also, tell her that most people who are overweight use their body fat to try to protect themselves from emotional pain and rejection. It's important that she be healthy, physically and emotionally, because you care about her and love her. Tell her you can help her when she's ready to start being healthy. I don't know how old she is, but if she's a child, try to talk to her so that it's not her fault so much, but that her parents should be doing more to make sure she avoids junk foods and gets more physical activity. Don't suggest diets, just healthy foods. Ask her to join you for walks or bike rides. Set a good example, because if you just tell her she's fat she'll just be hurt and hate you for being honest.

one, keep her away from your clothes. two, she really needs to stay in her own clothes, there are things that fit big people that are nice and fashionable.
