I belong to a chat board with a bunch of mommies (and lots of mommies trying to lose post-pregnancy weight) and several of the women tried it. ALL of them said they will NEVER do it again. In every single woman it caused unpredictable anal leakage. In a few women, it left a "greasy" stain on their backside almost all day. Unless you want to wear diapers...I'd say stay away!

The 'treatment' affects are well documented. Basically if you eat a little too much fat, you will have very oily watery poo seeping out of your anus. You will have no control over this event, unless you cut back significantly on your fats. You will also have explosive, very smelly bowel movements and lots of flatulence. On the Alli website they suggest new users bring a change of clothes with them at all times.
It does work.
My friend takes it and it works great for her but be prepared if you cheat on your diet because thats really when you only get sideffects.
It limits the amount of fatty greasy food you take in so if you so so, then yes you will have "anal leakage" or dihareea.
But if you follow a strict diet while taking the pill then i see no issues.
