Is orange pekoe tea just as good for you as others??!

Orange Pekoe really just refers to a grade of tea..but I assume you mean black tea? I don't think black tea has the same properties as green tea in concentration BUT...lately studies have been showing that black tea is healthy too. Black tea has been found to fight aging, promote bone strength, fight arthritis, and one cup of black or green tea has more antioxidant power than a serving of broccoli, carrots, or spinach. For some reason it doesn't seem to aid in weight loss..but all the other benefits are worth it...much better than coffee! :)
