How can i improve my body?!


Question: hello there. im a 17 year old teenage girl. 5'4" and 140 pounds.
i dance frequently so i do carry more muscle mass than an average girl my age. however i am not slim nor slender. i really dont believe that a diet will help me get thinner. i believe that excersize and eating right will get my body to look good in bikinis haha.
so my question to you is, what can i do to get make my body look great & thin? [thin is the key word here.]

i am a senior at hugh school so i dont have the time nor transportaion to go to the gym.
should i run? what should i eat? what should i avoid?
what is the IDEAL LIFESTYLE TO A THINNER BODY??

lets see, because i am a dancer, i do have abs but my thighs and calfs are just bulked with musics. plus i can never get my arms to look nice. well, you know how most ballerinas dont have a small torso well, im no ballerina but i certainly dont have a

For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.

Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
