Weight loss for teen?!


Question: alright, i am 18, i weigh 230 pounds and i am 5'8". i had knee surgery in september and i just recently got released to start walking/ease into jogging. what is the best method to lose some weight.

eat healthy low- fat food
excercise daily
weight lifting
stair stepper
running machine
bowflex
yoga
arobics
jogging (bring a mp3 player)
weight watchers
avoid fast food and fatty food
try not to have milk, tea, coffee (some dairy products)

drinking grapefruit juice burns fat... i would get some comfortable shoes and a mp3 player and just start exercising the best you can

use an elliptical.my dad has a terrible leg problem so he can barely walk without a cane and he uses it. plus they can burn on average 10 cals a min

well the gauranteed best way is Weight Lifting.

Avoid milk and milk products like coffee,tea & milk sweets.,biscuts etc. You can take butter milk similarly avoid adding salt in your food the salt already available in the fruits and vegetables is enough for your sound health. Do this for a month and then see your weight and you will be surprised to see that you have lost most your excess weight & fat from your body because salt is the fluid accumulator and milk is the fat generator when both are missing and if you avoid, beef , chicken & mutton then the results would be magical.

u have to do it the old fashned way buy doing some cardio every day. just geting 30min of running or 1hour and a half of walking 7 days a week. and try to have natural foods like veggies, fruits, and baked meats. have small portioned meals throughout the day. and in a few months the pounds will be sheding off. but you have to stick to it. :)
