Not healthily, you can't.

There is no best way, because losing weight really fast is not medically recommended. Not only is it a stress on the body, but studies show that the likelihood is that not only will the weight be gained back but more than the original amount lost will be gained. A sensible eating plan and vigorous exercise is the soundest way to lose weight.

However you can revise your eating plan suitably like this -

Cut out junk food, fried foods and fast foods, sweets, high sodium foods, like chips and unsweetened drinks like soda. Drink lots of water throughout the day, as much as you can. If you eat a lot of white flour products switch to whole grain breads, cereals, rice and pasta. Have fruit and veggies with your main meals, and eat 3 oz. only, of lean meats, like chicken, turkey breast, fish and loin type meat, cut out processed foods. Add beans and legumes to your meals for added protein and there's no fat! Make sure you include 3 servings of low fat, skim dairy like milk, yogurt and cheese. And eat a good breakfast such as oatmeal or whole grain cereal, skim milk, some fruit. If you need something to snack on small amounts of nuts and seeds, for something sweet and healthy make your own granola with raw oats, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, raisins and a dollop of organic honey. Read the nutritional labels on everything you eat and stick to the one serving size, and know what your eating, so you can control the sugar, and fats you don't need. You have to include exercise 3-4 times a week, walking, biking, swimming, dancing, aerobics, resistance training, but you got to work out your body for at least 30 minutes to start with. Make small changes and keep working at it, and you'll do fine-

Hi Ms Alexandra,

Please continue with your exercise routine as it is good for the heart and our general well-being.

For a routine eating regime, I will recommend a program that is based on the calorie shifting system which has worked for me and my friends whom I have recommended to.

It works on a 11-day program that allows you to choose menus based on the foods that you like to eat. Depending on each individual you should lose 7 to 9 lbs. After the 11-day, you will enjoy 3-days break and you can eat whatever you want. And you continue for another 11-day regime and lose some more weight.

It is rather scientific and not based on less carbo, less calories etc.

Please visit my webpages at http://www.fatlossfast.org Kindly leave your name and email so that we can keep in touch.

If you choose this program and succeed, please drop me an email.

It has more then 90% success rate, rather scientific and will not cost you a bomb, just under 50 bucks.

All the best,
Jo
