I'm on a 1000 calorie diet for 21 days. Will I lose 8-10lbs?!


Question: I started this 1000 calorie diet and 1 hour of exercise, about 5 days ago. It will be done on Valentines Day. Will I lose 8-10lbs? I never feel hungry on my diet. And it's high in protein. If it won't, how many calories would you recommend me eating?
age: 14
height: 5'3-4"
pant size: 3/5 juniors (i would properly fit into size 3 if my butt wasn't so set high. But size 5 is too big.)
thighs: 21 inches (just to show you how fat my thighs are.)

You'll lose weight if you exercise.

Eating less does not necessarily guarantee weight loss, exercising does.

Not eating enough calories will only make u gain extra weight when you go back to your regular eating. If you starve yourself of calories your body will think it is not going to get enougha nd it will start to hang onto the calories you take in (no matter how low) and you will actually start to gain weight! Don't start on the yo-yo diet train! Eat properly and get adequate exercise. Too thin is not attractive nor is it healthy.
