well, when i had small babies and couldn't visit gym i was using MTV channel (music channel, it was many years ago) or cd player - just put on cd and start exercising

Running or jogging.

Well if you don't want to do the basics like jog in place and do jumping jacks.......

1. Use can goods as weights.
2. Go to the hardware store and buy a pully (like for a laundry line) and hang it on the shower curtain rod. With a piece of rope running through it, sit below it and you can do a lot of arm exercises.
3. Use a broom or a mop handle and lay it across your shoulders and while holding it you can twist from side to side

>you can use your imagination or just count then do any movement slowly .for sure that is a simple exercise and will help you.
>do it with right breathing inhale and exhale will work it out right.

Pilates exercises can be done on a mat or a rug.
