Not losing weight?!

Question: I've lost 10 pounds FAST. But its been a month now, and I have not seen any loss. I've been eatting pretty healthy, no junk food, not over eatting, not drinking pop (only water and milk). All of this I did before I decided to change for the better. I have been exercising a decent amount 5 days a week.

But the problem is, I'm making NO progress, what can I do to help me lose the weight healthy and keep it off that I'm already not doing? Thanks

MIX IT UP!!! change your excercize routine a bit, if you usually walk 2 miles try running a half mile and walking a mile, i strongly suggest interval training if you are not already doing this. an example of interval training is: warm up:3 mins, sprint (and i mean BOLT IT) for 30 seconds, then walk for 90 seconds, sprint for 30, walk for 90 and so on. repeat this for 20 minutes and end with a cool down and stretch session. also u shood prolly tweak your diet, if u usually have eggs and toast for breakfast, try oatmeal and fruit. drink LOTS of water to keep hydrated, and try chewing sugar free gum to keep your mouth busy. negative calorie foods, such as celery and cucumbers, also help. limit fat and carbs. but dont eliminate ANYTHING from your diet. ever.

Give it time dude. It took me a month to lose 7 pounds plus 25 days.

Lol
its easy to lose the first ten pounds. but the last ones you have to work for it.

dont rush it moutha fuak a

Cause your body adjusted itself to your diet and exercise plan.

In order to keep losing weight you are going to have to change your exercise and alter what you eat (without making it unhealthy)

That's the only answer there is to this.

This will sound shallow, but take hydroxycut, it's only like $20 at GNC. I'm 16, 5'9" and 125 pounds. That sounds weird, but you should know that i'm a cyclist and i live to burn off fat, because i have to stay thin for biking. Take it and just eat and exercise normally, it also gives you great amounts of energy, and curbs hunger.
