When i was new to lifting weights i tried the weight gain powders!
They are only really good if you don't have enough time to eat proper whole foods like eggs, pasta, chicken etc!
If you are trying to bulk up make sure you follow these 3 principles:-
1 - Train hard, bodypart splits!
2 - Eat lots of the right foods
3 - Rest(8 hours sleep and rest the muscles that you have worked for at least 48 hours).
