I will recommend you a safe and cheap diet program called the Calorie Shifting Method, that has worked for me and many other friends I have recommended to.

It is based a menu generator program that allows you to choose foods you like to eat for 11days. Depending on each individual, you can lose between 7 to 9 lbs (though the program says 9 lbs). Then you take a 3-day breather and you can eat whatever you want. So in 30 days, you should lose more than 14 lbs!

So there is no starving. In fact you can even eat more than 3 meals a day. This program costs less than 50 bucks - well worth it.

get off your tush and start running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and dont give up! and running to your fridge does NOT count. make it at least 6 miles per day.
