Can anyone give me good tips on how to gain alot of lean muscle mass quickly?!

You probably have a lot of muscle already. Consider doing more cardio to burn off the fat.
Protein supplements are helpful; but you need to be active. Excess protein turns to fat. Start a lifting/cardio program; with a protein supplement. I recommend rice protein; but I'm mostly on a Vegetarian diet.
I like to drink a muscle milk shake before i go to the gym. It has seemed to work for me.
