How to get over plateu, then binge eating, then plateau again?!


Question: Jan 2007 - 240 lbs
Jan 2008 - 202 lbs

I am was 202 and now am 205 after a month of eating like crap.

I have been eating every craving I have had in the past all at once. Thank God I only gained 3 lbs.

How can I jump start my weight loss again?

well, i think that you need to organise yourself somekind of plan that you can stick to ---- for life!

ive been there and done that, and it's sh*t (the bingeing)

make small goals, like walk every Monday and Thursday for half an hr. Then each week add in more and more, and a variety of things, find something u like doing!

and for food, you need to figure out whats missing in your life. what ru replacing with food? have a good think about it. it will take a while too, not just 10 mins. might even be worth seeing a pyschologist. might sound drastic, but then you can really tackle the problem.

and also educate yourself about nutrition. i found weight watchers a little difficult as they focus on weight, so much, and not about all the other things, as in, not bingeing for 3 days/nights straight.

Too much to write, I could go on, but you will get there!

Keep doing what you have been doing. Eventually your body will catch up to your metabolism and you will start to lose weight again. You might have to increase your excersise, but remember when you work out you build muscle, which weighs more than fat and although you are building more fat burning material, you may gain weight at first.
